Background information in accordance with Legislative decree no. 196/2003 (Code for protection of personal data)

The acceptance to the treatment of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is facultative and can be cancelled at any time. In any case, you can use the services available, however your data cannot be treated for the above-mentioned purposes. Any possible refusal or missing acceptance of this consent to the treatment of personal data does not imply the cancellation of previous acceptances made.
3) Purposes aiming at fulfilling an obligation in accordance with the law, regulation or Community norm, such as protection and prevention from crimes, etc; with reference to the above-mentioned purposes, the consent also refers to technical activities carried out by those companies working on behalf of us.

1. You have the right to ask for confirmation of the real presence of your personal data, even though they have not been registered yet, as well as their communication in a comprehensible way.
2. You can ask for information regarding:
a) source of personal data;
b) purposes and methods of treatment;
c) methods applied in case of use of personal data by means of electronic tools;
d) Identification details related to the holder, people responsible and director named within the meaning of article. 5, comma 2;
e) people and categories of people to whom personal data may be communicated; alternatively, those people may know these data as they are assigned representatives in the State territory.
3. You have the right to ask for:
a) the update, or integration of data;
b) cancellation, shift to anonymous registration or block of personal data treated in case of violation of the law, including those data whose preservation is needed for those purposes related to their collection or subsequent treatment;
c) evidence that activities related to a) and b) have been duly communicated, as well as those people to whom their contents have been spread, except for the case in which this fulfillment is impossible or implies the use of means which prove to be out of proportion with the right protected;
4. You can oppose, partially or totally, to:
a) the treatment of personal data for illegal purposes;
b) the treatment of personal data for commercial information purposes or sending of advertising material or direct sales, that is, marketing research or interactive communication research.
